My wife Debby and I met in college at Florida State University, raised our five children in South Florida and moved to the small Town of Oakland, Florida in 2000 to help get the Central Florida J&J initiative off and running. We loved living in Johns Cove, which was J&J's first local development, where former customers became our neighbors and good friends. Now we are proud residents of Oakland Park, we live and work in another great neighborhood that we love, and the same holds true here, many clients have become friends and great neighbors. Jerry Miller, my business partner for over 30 years, is a UF graduate and that makes for some interesting Saturdays each fall. Despite our college team differences, we both share the same pride filled passion when it comes to working directly with our customers designing and building their dream homes. J&J has provided me with the unique opportunity to work with lifelong friends and family, in a job I simply enjoy doing. It doesn't get much better than that.

With 20 years in construction and Real Estate, Kelly Miller brings her extensive experience in the residential resale market as well as her love for construction and elevated home design. Kelly has been a licensed realtor since 2003 and licensed Contractor since 2015. Growing up as a builder's daughter, Kelly was practically born with a hard hat on her head! Following in her father’s footsteps she headed for the University of Florida, graduated with a BS in Economics and an MBA with Specialization in Entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern. Kelly believes every home has a story and it’s her job to help bring it to life for her clients!
